Ms. Cochran graduated with distinction from Indiana University with a degree in business. She has been a CPA since 1984 and is a member of the Indiana CPA Society. Rebecca S. Cochran, CPA is a member of the Decatur Chamber of Commerce, a member of NFIB and a member of the Better Business Bureau. She is a Board Member and on the Finance Committee of the Adams County Community Foundation. Rebecca has been an active member of the Adams County Relay for Life Committee for several years.
